Click here to download the registration form. this years conclave will be on April 16-18, 2010 at Camp Tukabatchee near Montgomery, AL. The Boy Scouts of America have released a new medical form that is required for all youth and adult members. This new form replaces the existing Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 forms. You can download the current medical from by clicking on the link below. Also, BSA has created a Frequently Asked Questions document about this new form.
